Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- food handlers card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- 2 to 5 years experience working all stations on a fast-paced cooking line
- basic English communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and safety procedures precisely

- knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen sanitation
- ability to maintain clean and organized workstations
- basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of assigned cooking stations including setup, stocking, cooking and presenting dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used in all recipes
- verify proper recipe is displayed and adhered to during preparation
- maintain clean, sanitized and organized workstation
- follow food safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation including startup, maintenance, cleaning and repair
- alert chef team immediately of any product, equipment or food safety concerns
