Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant cooking experience
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be at least 18 years of age
- prior experience in cafeteria or large volume production facility preferred
- knowledge of safety procedures in food service environment

Job Duties
- Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties and complete opening and closing checklists daily
- set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- safely use a variety of kitchen utensils including knives and other items
- operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, recipes, policies, and procedures
- handle, store, label, and rotate products following state laws
- stock and maintain sufficient food products at line stations
- understand menu items and prepare ingredients
- multitask in a high-volume kitchen
- handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation
- perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing
- stand for much of the scheduled shift
- perform other related duties as assigned
