Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in a kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Use creativity and passion for delicious food to deliver an enhanced dining experience for residents, family members, guests and associates
  • Utilize an array of healthy, high-end ingredients to optimize nutrition
  • Accommodate specific dietary needs and special requests
  • Maintain knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols and regulations
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all meals prepared
