Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work
- demonstrated ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team
- demonstrated ability to utilize safe food handling techniques
- understands workflow, prioritizes, and uses timelines
- preferred ability to provide exceptional customer service
- preferred knowledge of modified diet food preparation
- preferred ability to utilize commercial cooking equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food
- serve customers
- follow recipes and instructions in food preparation
- prepare bulk food items and large scale production
- maintain organized and sanitary working environment
- maintain proper quantities of production with appropriate product rotation
- interact with customers in catering, retail, or patient care settings
- deliver patient meals, cashier, stock, and operate ware-washing machines
