Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and standardized menus accurately
- Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings or weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace standards

Job Duties
- Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus
- Uses cutting tools, cookware and bakeware safely
- Applies knowledge of cooking procedures and methods such as grilling, baking and boiling
- Adheres to all sanitation and food safety standards
- Maintains a clean kitchen
- Prepares food in a timely manner at specified meal times
- Supports team-based operations and applies training in daily duties
