Job Requirements

experience in culinary production and delivery
past roles delivering high quality culinary service
experience serving seniors or vulnerable populations
culinary positions in healthcare, hospitality, or hotels
volunteer or work experience with vulnerable groups
internships or programs that enhanced culinary skills

Job Qualifications

at least 21 years of age
combination of education and experience in culinary arts
current negative TB test
knowledgeable or willing to learn regulatory standards for kitchen work
willingness to work in healthcare/assisted living environment
ability to pass criminal record/background check
good time management skills
ability to work independently with little oversight

Job Duties

implement food and beverage program for residents
engage with seniors individually and in groups
ensure kitchen safety and cleanliness
demonstrate creativity and innovation in cooking
train and mentor others in culinary techniques
adapt quickly to residents' needs and preferences
maintain compliance with food safety and infection control standards
