Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education
  • ability to work standing for long periods
  • capability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
  • ability to safely operate culinary equipment including slicers and mixers
  • adherence to workplace safety and food safety protocols
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • ability to comply with company dress code

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
  • ability to follow safety guidelines including HACCP
  • experience working in high-volume food service environments
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • familiarity with kitchen sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and breaks
  • always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with company and client standards
  • utilize food preparation procedures following federal, state, and local guidelines
  • apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required
  • execute NetMenu recipe preparations as directed
  • clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
  • notify management of any ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety concerns
  • attend all meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
