Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education
- ability to work standing for long periods
- capability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
- ability to safely operate culinary equipment including slicers and mixers
- adherence to workplace safety and food safety protocols
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- ability to comply with company dress code
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
- ability to follow safety guidelines including HACCP
- experience working in high-volume food service environments
- effective communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- familiarity with kitchen sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with company and client standards
- utilize food preparation procedures following federal, state, and local guidelines
- apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required
- execute NetMenu recipe preparations as directed
- clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- notify management of any ingredient discrepancies, food or equipment safety concerns
- attend all meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
