Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers Permit required
- 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts
Job Qualifications

- Culinary certification or degree preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Permit required
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
- 1-3 years food service or restaurant experience
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Understanding of sanitation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
- Positive attitude and neat appearance
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
Job Duties
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods including grilling, baking, and boiling
- Prep ingredients for cooking including chopping vegetables and cutting meats
- Basic understanding of food ingredients
- Ability to read and execute recipes accurately
- Making precise measurements of ingredients
- Ensuring proper storage of food and supplies with date labeling
- Proper handling of raw and prepared foods
- Testing food temperatures and knowledge of correct cooking temperatures
- Distributing and storing clean pots, dishes, and utensils
- Washing dishes and taking out trash
- Adhering to ASM Global dress code including black pants and non-slip soled closed-toe shoes
- Complying with safety regulations and procedures
