- prior experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of safe food handling
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills in English
- physical stamina and dexterity
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- stock and maintain sufficient food product levels at line stations
- portion food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- assist in food preparation during off-peak periods
- close the kitchen properly according to checklist and assist others
- attend all scheduled team meetings and training sessions
- perform additional duties such as dishwashing and bussing
