Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred
- ability to work collaboratively within a team

- passion for food and hospitality
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- creativity in meal preparation
Job Duties
- prepare and present meals with creativity and consistency
- educate servers and residents about the ingredients and preparation of each dish
- collaborate with the Dining Services Director to develop a cohesive culinary team
- build personal relationships with team members and residents
- ensure all food preparation and presentation meet established quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- adapt work schedule to include weekend and holiday shifts
