Job Duties
- educate servers and residents about the secrets of each meal
- assist the Dining Services Director in building a dedicated culinary team
- develop personal relationships with team members and residents
- ensure team members understand all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation
- maintain high standards of food quality and hospitality
- work one weekend shift every week and scheduled holidays
- foster a positive and engaging work environment
