Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years of relevant cooking experience
- Valid Food Handlers Card for applicable states
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and cooking instructions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols
- Basic equipment handling and maintenance skills
- Availability for flexible schedule
- Team-oriented attitude.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced cooking line
- Valid Food Handlers Card in specific states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia
- Basic English communication skills
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Manage assigned cooking stations including set up, stocking products, cooking, and presenting dishes according to recipes
- Use only fresh high-quality ingredients in food preparation
- Display proper recipe on monitors during preparation and ensure strict adherence to recipe guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow food safety procedures and utilize personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of cooking equipment including startup, shutdown, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team, alerting chefs to any issues with products, equipment, or food safety
- Build trusting and respectful relationships with team members and guests while maintaining focus on delivering quality and multi-tasking effectively
- Create a positive and fun work atmosphere.
