Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Significant experience in food production and food safety
- Knowledge of HAACP regulations and hospital compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow ethical standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Equivalent job experience demonstrating knowledge in high quality food production and food safety standards
- Experience with safe food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work successfully in a team-based environment
Job Duties
- Produce menu and special event food items following standardized recipes and systems
- Ensure food and sanitation standards are met
- Follow strict HAACP regulations, sanitation and safety guidelines
- Provide quality service for patients, hospital associates, and cafeteria customers
- Promote customer satisfaction by supporting hospital mission and vision
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices
- Demonstrate positive cooperative attitude, flexibility, and willingness to change
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure complete customer service
