Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • 2 to 5 years experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment working multiple stations
  • valid food handlers card for relevant state
  • ability to follow detailed cooking instructions and recipes
  • basic English communication skills with Spanish a plus
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma preferred
  • 2 to 5 years experience on fast-paced cooking line working all stations
  • basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation maintenance and cleaning
  • food handlers card applicable to location states
  • strong teamwork communication and multitasking skills

  • ability to follow recipes and quality standards consistently

Job Duties

  • manage assigned cooking stations including setup stock product cook and present dishes according to recipes
  • ensure only fresh high-quality ingredients are used
  • display proper recipe on monitor during cooking
  • adhere to recipe standards when producing items
  • maintain cleanliness sanitize and upkeep kitchen equipment utensils and tools
  • follow food safety procedures and proper use of PPE
  • maintain a clean organized workstation
  • alert chef team of any product equipment or food safety concerns
  • demonstrate basic English Spanish communication skills a plus
  • multitask and stay guest focused
  • build trusting respectful relationships with team members
  • create a fun positive work environment
