Job Duties

Prepares both cold and hot menu items according to standard recipes for patients, employees, cafeteria customers, physicians, community agencies and catering events
Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard
Assists in storage of deliveries
Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards
Completes all task on duty while adhering to safety standards and policies of the hospital
Performs other duties as assigned
