Job Requirements

- Experience shipping meals to various sites in varying quantities and variety
- Minimum three years food service experience in institutional cooking, catering, or kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to department specifications
- Ship meals to various sites in specified quantities and variety
- Assist in planning, preparation, portioning, and packaging of foods
- Set up and service catered events and functions
- Collaborate with food service personnel, students, and volunteers
- Direct kitchen associates, students, and drivers in absence of management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
