Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous kitchen experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be able to stand for long periods
reliable and punctual
ability to follow directions accurately

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication and teamwork skills
ability to stand for extended periods
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
assist in inventory control and stock rotation
adhere to company policies and procedures
