Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to follow precise cooking instructions and recipes
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
Check quality and freshness of ingredients
Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
