Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completed ServSafe Food Handler training
- prior cooking experience preferred
- basic math, reading, and writing skills
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- manual dexterity and good auditory and visual skills
- punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Preparing high-quality food items using grilling, steaming, and frying
- following company recipes and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest expectations
- coordinating food orders for timely and efficient delivery
- ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- meeting special customer requests while maintaining food quality
- setting up the kitchen before opening and prepping food
- portioning and stocking food items for timely completion of orders
- shucking oysters, peeling shrimp, and setting up soup stations
- cleaning dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- stocking and restocking supplies
- breaking down and cleaning the kitchen, including mats and equipment
- sweeping, spraying, and mopping floors
- maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot
- making orders and checking in deliveries
- labeling and dating food for freshness
- putting away deliveries
- filtering and disposing of grease
- taking out trash
- reporting to work in a neat uniform with good personal hygiene
- adhering to company policies and procedures
- attending required meetings
- performing additional duties as assigned by management
