Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- ability to stand and exert physical mobility for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- comfort working in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective gloves and face coverings during shifts
- willingness to follow hygiene and safety protocols
- commitment to teamwork and high-quality food preparation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation role is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is beneficial
- ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
