Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or related hotel experience
  • minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or 4 diamond hotel environment
  • ability to perform basic cooking and presentation techniques
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • capability to work any kitchen station
  • excellent customer service and teamwork abilities
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or related hotel experience
  • at least 3 years of experience in a 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Michelin experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • ability to work any station in the kitchen

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • manage multiple kitchen stations efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure food presentation meets Michelin-level standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
  • assist with inventory and stock management
