- culinary degree or related hotel experience
- minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or 4 diamond hotel environment
- ability to perform basic cooking and presentation techniques
- strong verbal communication skills
- capability to work any kitchen station
- excellent customer service and teamwork abilities
- ability to stand for prolonged periods

- Michelin experience preferred
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills including presentation techniques

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- manage multiple kitchen stations efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure food presentation meets Michelin-level standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
- assist with inventory and stock management
