Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • passion for sustainable and locally sourced ingredients

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of basic culinary techniques and kitchen operations
