Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Availability to work any day including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work shifts typically between 4:00am and 4:00pm
- Strong physical stamina and capability to perform kitchen duties
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

- Strong culinary background with hands-on experience in high-volume kitchens
- Exceptional knife skills, knowledge, and mastery of techniques

Job Duties
- Take charge of food production and kitchen operations
