Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic culinary skills or related cooking experience
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Previous line cook or hotel kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and receive training
  • Capability to perform repetitive duties

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to Hyatt standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory control and stock rotation
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including morning and evening shifts
