Job Qualifications

- Basic culinary skills or related cooking experience

- Previous line cook or hotel kitchen experience preferred

- Capability to perform repetitive duties
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to Hyatt standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including morning and evening shifts
