- minimum one year commercial kitchen cooking experience
- current Food Handlers card
- ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures
- effective oral communication skills

- attention to multiple details
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- minimum one year cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- current Food Handlers card
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals

Job Duties
- Work and master one kitchen station
- accept responsibility for personal decisions and actions
- ensure superior standards of service meet guest and employee requirements
- proactively exceed guest satisfaction and resolve challenges
- follow daily cleaning schedule and checklist
- prepare food using proper techniques including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding
- measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- bake, roast, broil, and steam various foods adjusting temperatures as needed
- observe and test foods for quality
- carve meats, portion food, add gravies and sauces, and garnish servings
- perform other duties as assigned
