Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 02 years of professional kitchen experience
- food handler certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 02 years of professional kitchen experience
- culinary diploma or professional culinary training preferred
- experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred
- basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- strong attention to detail and consistency
- ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- good time management and organizational skills
- team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and special events
- food handler certification required
Job Duties
- Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
- ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all menu items
- prepare food for all hotel outlets, banquets, events, and in-room dining
- follow instructions from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef accurately and efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards consistently
- handle, store, and label ingredients properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
