Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 02 years of professional kitchen experience
  • food handler certification
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 02 years of professional kitchen experience
  • culinary diploma or professional culinary training preferred
  • experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred
  • basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • strong attention to detail and consistency
  • ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
  • good time management and organizational skills
  • team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and special events
  • food handler certification required

Job Duties

  • Cook and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines
  • ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all menu items
  • prepare food for all hotel outlets, banquets, events, and in-room dining
  • follow instructions from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef accurately and efficiently
  • maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
  • follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards consistently
  • handle, store, and label ingredients properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
