Job Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- stand and move within kitchen for 6 to 7 hours

- experience in food preparation and cooking
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to menu and recipe cards
- ensure quality standards are met in meal preparation
- use standardized kitchen utensils and equipment
- coordinate food preparation with meal serving times
- utilize progressive cooking techniques
- operate kitchen equipment such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator
- judge food appearance and recommend changes
