Job Requirements
- Applicants should have experience in prepping, cooking, and baking
- Have knowledge about HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and Marine contract
- Certificate in Food Handling or Sanitation methods, or ServSafe certified preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Must have solid work ethics
- Demonstrated history of related Food Service experience preferably with a major institution or the military as a Cook

Job Duties
- Prepare meals using established recipe cards and production procedures
- Ensure meals meet quality standards and contract requirements
- Operate kitchen equipment including stove, oven, and microwave
- Comply with sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Store and date/mark food properly
- Set steam tables and serve or ensure proper serving of food
- Adhere to food preparation and handling techniques
