  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes and portion controls
  • Set up kitchen and workstations for each shift
  • Handle and rotate stored products properly
  • Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment
  • Manage supply, cutting, and storage of perishable goods daily
  • Complete control sheets for opening, progress, and closing shifts as required
  • Clean and organize utensils, workstations, and storage areas
  • Perform general and specific cleaning to meet hygiene standards
  • Take instructions from the manager and participate in stocktaking
