Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking, hearing, and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum three years of kitchen experience preferred
- Valid food handler certifications as required by regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Set-up and organize workstation efficiently
- Prepare and store food items according to standards
- Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent food presentation
- Receive and store kitchen goods
- Manage condiments, dressings, soups, and related items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work area
- Communicate with chef team regarding food quality and special needs
- Interact professionally with members and guests
- Support team members and promote positive work environment
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints
- Complete additional duties assigned by management
