Job Requirements
- must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
- able to stand for long periods
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
- at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- active food handler's certification or ability to obtain it
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- previous experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred

Job Duties
- develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, saute and fry)
- use knives and various kitchen equipment effectively
- recreate recipes accurately
- maintain consistency in all food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- collaborate with a world-class culinary team
- create well-stocked workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling, cutting meat)
- maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- ensure proper storage of all food and other items
- maintain quality control of ingredients
