Job Duties

  • prepare cooked foods according to recipes and product directions
  • communicate ticket times and potential problems to management and servers
  • follow food safety and sanitation practices compliant with HACCP standards
  • operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, griddles, and slicers
  • taste and adjust seasonings to ensure quality
  • clean and sanitize work stations and equipment regularly
  • stock and rotate food supplies and check product temperatures
