Job Duties

Responsible for the preparation and cooling of foods using standardized recipes, production sheets and HACCP records
Prepare and cook food on grill
Serve and plate meals for patient services
Control quantity and quality of foods used on a daily basis by taking inventory daily and ordering supplies as needed
Maintain high standards of food handling and cleanliness in the work area
Responsible for cleaning production area prior to end of shift
Maintain principles of proper food production and related activities
Assist with catered events for food preparation and service
Perform all other duties as assigned
