Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule within a 24/7 work environment

- ability to comply with all food safety rules and regulations
- willingness to work during peak seasonal blackout periods for paid time off
- ability to lead the entire culinary team to ensure highest product quality and productivity
Job Qualifications
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- ability to work rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, and overtime
- strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- ability to read and interpret loading instructions, diagrams, and food menu specifications
- highly flexible, analytical, and a pro-active team player
- excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards
- valid Food Handlers Certificate recognized by local authorities such as SERV Safe
- meticulous time management skills with strong attention to detail
- airline catering industry knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the culinary team including prep cooks and helpers
- maintain passion and dedication to gourmet food preparation
- comply with all food safety rules and regulations
- read and execute corporate recipes accurately
- clean and sanitize work station as needed and at the end of each shift
- update and maintain waste logs for financial control review
- complete Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) logs in real time according to standards
- follow working and batch recipes using proper tools such as scales and scoops
