- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- develop knowledge and skills in various cooking procedures and methods (grill, saute and fry)
- use knives and various kitchen equipment
- reach and recreate recipes
- maintain consistency in all food preparation
- minimize food waste through cross utilization
- work with a world class culinary team
- create workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- prepare ingredients (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat)
- keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment
- ensure proper storage of all food and items
- be responsible for the quality of ingredients
