Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work a varied and flexible schedule
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to operate small equipment and machinery with proper training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working knowledge of power tools and forklift/hi-lift operation is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and apply critical thinking
- Valid driver's license preferred
Job Duties
- Set-up and strike event related equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, booths, portable stages, and assemble and disassemble basketball courts and support equipment
- Carry out routine maintenance and general clean-up duties during move-in, decorator set-up, rehearsal, event, and move-out activities
- Accept direction and perform assigned duties from the Conversion Crew Supervisor or Conversion Manager
- Operate small equipment and machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and boom lifts
- Continually seek improved methods for efficiency in job tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
