Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related food and beverage role
  • Ability to follow company safety and security policies
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions
  • Make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup, timeline, and special needs
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Adhere to company and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain uniform and personal appearance
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and anticipate their service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, moving, lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
