Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces

- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions to discuss arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information
- Ensure proper setup and timeline compliance for events
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on arrangements to ensure compliance with standards
- Welcome and acknowledge guests with professionalism
- Maintain safety and security policies and report any unsafe conditions
