Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years convention services and or hotel operations experience
- Five years experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator with increasing responsibilities in a high-volume environment
- High school education or equivalent
- College degree preferred

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Superior interpersonal skills with an acute sense of detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Minimum of two years convention services and or hotel operations experience
- Five years experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator with increasing responsibilities in a high-volume environment
- Hotel knowledge preferred
- High school education or equivalent
- College degree preferred
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support including answering phones, taking catering inquiries, assisting Convention Services managers
- Serve as administrative coordinator and liaison for the catering department
- Sell and contract all events for 25 people or less
- Service all sold events
- Work with Banquets and Conference Concierge to execute events
- Organize and maintain the departmental filing system
- Perform other related duties as assigned
