Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage and events desired
  • Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing desired
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively required

Job Duties

  • Drive catering and food and beverage sales to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and meeting planners
  • Coordinate and oversee event orders ensuring flawless execution
  • Monitor market trends and implement innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with sales and catering directors to support hotel objectives
  • Attend key meetings and provide excellent customer service
  • Adapt and respond quickly to changes and additional management requests
