Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage and events desired
- Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing desired
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively required

Job Duties
- Drive catering and food and beverage sales to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and meeting planners
- Coordinate and oversee event orders ensuring flawless execution
- Monitor market trends and implement innovative ideas
- Collaborate with sales and catering directors to support hotel objectives
- Attend key meetings and provide excellent customer service
- Adapt and respond quickly to changes and additional management requests
