  • Organize and oversee flawless execution of banquet and event orders
  • Stay informed about market trends to innovate event offerings
  • Coordinate with sales and culinary teams to ensure event success
  • Attend and contribute to key meetings for smooth operations
  • Address and resolve any event-related issues promptly
