Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food and beverage or banquets experience preferred
  • must be reliable
  • detail and service oriented

  • ability to follow directions and ask for help when necessary
  • ability to remain on feet standing or walking for long periods of time
  • ability to lift and move tables chairs and heavy trays up to 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide groups with exceptional service assisting with and anticipating all needs
  • ensure meeting rooms are properly set up prior to each event
  • check that the food set out for the banquet reflects the BEO accurately
  • communicate with guests and act as liaison between guests and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • perform any and all other duties as assigned subject to management's discretion
