Job Duties

  • Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions
  • Introduce and ensure all event preparations are agreed upon
  • Analyze banquet event orders for guest information and organization
  • Attend and fulfill all special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on special banquet preparations to ensure compliance
  • Adhere to company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • Protect company information and assets
  • Support colleagues with dignity and respect
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving objects under 25 pounds and standing for extended periods
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team
  • Perform other reasonable tasks requested by supervisors
