Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces
  • Professional appearance and uniform maintenance
  • Compliance with safety and security policies
  • Availability for full-time work in Los Angeles, California

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or banquet services
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety and company policies
  • Team-oriented with positive relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of the job such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions for introductions and confirmations
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and event details
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report any incidents
  • Welcome guests following company standards and anticipate service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness, professional appearance, and confidentiality
