Job Duties

  • respond to incoming sales calls promptly and professionally
  • assist with management of room blocks and group reservations
  • communicate key event dates and details to clients and internal teams
  • prepare and manage client notifications, event orders, and billing details
  • support pre-event, main event, and post-event administrative tasks
  • learn and utilize hotel food and beverage, function space, and audio-visual information
  • use digital sales systems and participate in internal meetings and training
