Job Duties
- respond to incoming sales calls promptly and professionally
- assist with management of room blocks and group reservations
- communicate key event dates and details to clients and internal teams
- prepare and manage client notifications, event orders, and billing details
- support pre-event, main event, and post-event administrative tasks
- learn and utilize hotel food and beverage, function space, and audio-visual information
- use digital sales systems and participate in internal meetings and training
