Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic knowledge of inventory procedures
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- excellent customer service skills

- ability to respond to inquiries from members or guests
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 100 pounds and working in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Retrieve, gather, and relocate all equipment and materials needed for the setup of all banquet events
- provide prompt, courteous service to banquet guests while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere
- provide quality service to both internal and external guests, maintaining established quality standards for timely banquet service
- maintain safe and sanitary conditions in all banquet service areas and for all banquet service equipment
- assist other banquet members when needed
- perform side work and other duties, including cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, sweeping, wiping down, organizing storage rooms and back-of-house areas
- maintain uniform in good condition and report to work in authorized uniform as mandated by organization
- maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance in compliance with departmental and company dress code standards
- clearly communicate with management via radio when called upon in a timely manner
