Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English to complete job assignments and communicate with employees
  • ability to comprehend and follow written or verbal instructions from supervisor and clients
  • sufficient manual dexterity to use two way radio, mop and broom
  • ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • ability to comprehend product labeling instructions to enable safe application
  • ability to maintain attendance standards
  • ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Job Duties

  • Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest and Hotel Management
  • supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water
  • break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet
  • maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms, ballrooms, and restrooms
  • transport staging, tables, chairs, dance floors, and other heavy materials from storage to meeting rooms
  • check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • communicate with supervisor throughout the shift
