Job Duties
- book convention center facilities for local and regional business events
- coordinate sales and services to attract local visitors
- manage reservations for banquets, corporate meetings, social events, and consumer shows
- collaborate with department staff to support department-sponsored functions
- maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
- assist in planning and promoting events to increase facility utilization
- ensure compliance with city policies and procedures related to event bookings
