Job Requirements

  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • book convention center facilities for local and regional business events
  • coordinate sales and services to attract local visitors
  • manage reservations for banquets, corporate meetings, social events, and consumer shows
  • collaborate with department staff to support department-sponsored functions
  • maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • assist in planning and promoting events to increase facility utilization
  • ensure compliance with city policies and procedures related to event bookings
