Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work evenings or weekends if required
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to event planning and coordination
- Assist clients with event services scheduling and setup
- Serve as client representative for departmental services
- Maintain courteous and professional contact with the public
- Facilitate smooth event operation and ensure proper teardown
- Apply tact and good judgment in public relations and client interactions
- Employ organizational skills and event salesmanship to promote event services
