Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in retail or convenience store management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising
  • Ability to handle administrative and operational store tasks

Job Duties

  • Resolves all customer concerns, complaints or requests in a timely manner
  • Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere
  • Completes daily administrative responsibilities in accordance with company procedures
  • Supervises and trains employees according to company guidelines
  • Executes company promotions and communicates them to store employees
  • Maintains authorized Plan-o-grams and manages stock levels to meet seasonal demand
  • Completes and delegates shift duties to ensure compliance with company expectations
  • Orders and restocks products with authorized suppliers
  • Reports damages to equipment or property to the District Manager
  • Ensures food safety, including temperature control and freshness
  • Trains employees on safety practices and enforces loss prevention policies
